Foundation Cli

This update improves security, stability, and developer experience across Foundation CLI. It introduces worker-thread sandboxing to prevent escapes, fixes shell injection and path traversal issues, and ensures safer template handling. Key bugs around ORM generation, templates, file conditions, duplicates, and Python setup are resolved, while configs and hooks are hardened. Archetypes are now more distinct, Stripe plugin is fully functional, and internal parsing/builds are more robust.
